Happy Holidays,

What a year it's been!

It's been a while since you heard from me and a lot has happened. This year I moved to Fredericksburg, VA, started a new glass program at the Libertytown Arts Workshop, AND got married!

If you haven't been Fredericksburg before, it's worth a trip. Our historic downtown is located just a few miles from I95 and is an eclectic mix of independently owned gift shops, antique stores, art galleries, and restaurants.

Just a few blocks off the main streets of downtown is the Libertytown Arts Workshop. Libertytown houses a gallery, pottery studio and classroom, individual artist galleries and workspaces. They currently show the work of 60 artists and have a new exhibition every month!

My work is displayed in the main gallery and in space number 23. The best part is that they are open 7 days a week, Monday -Friday: 10am - 8pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm. This means that you can view my work without waiting for an open house or scheduling an appointment. (You can send me an email ahead of time if you would like for me to meet you there)

This Saturday, Dec 13th, will be the Libertytown Holiday Open House.

They will be open from 10 - 8. I'll be there for most of it, but let me know if you are coming and want to be sure to see me.

In addition to my glass work, the current show is "Libertytown Artists Small Works" featuring lots of handmade reasonably priced gifts from potters, woodworkers, painters, jewelers, weavers and more! The show will be up through the month of December.

Last, but not least, I have started a new glass fusing program at Libertytown. We're starting small, but I have big plans for the future! You can check out my class listings HERE. Libertytown sells gift certificates too, maybe someone you know needs a glass class for Christmas?

More information about the shops and restaurants downtown can be found at http://www.visitfred.com/  and don't forget about all that civil war history too!

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and I hope you all have a great end to the year!
